About the Onyx Soundlab:

The Onyx Soundlab was launched in 2002 in Connecticut by music producers Adam von Gootkin and Peter Taylor Kowalczyk. By 2004 more space was required, along with more sophisticated sound isolation. The studio was relocated to a custom built facility in Manchester, Connecticut. The 1920's era building was completely renovated and a state of the art recording studio was built. The design incoporated the 1920's interior design of the orignal building, while utilizing state of the art sound specs for studio isolation, control and design; making the Onyx Soundlab one of the most sophisticated recording studios in the Northeast.

The Onyx Soundlab team consists of a very creative and diverse group of experts. With extensive experience in the music industry, established producers with impressive track records, and an experienced engineering team, the Onyx Soundlab stands out as one of the few one-stop recording and production studios between New York City & Boston.
